Brother and Sister duo, Stephen & Brooke approached us with the dream of creating an unforgettable Ramen dining experience in Central Lonsdale. Originally looking to franchise an existing chain, their deep roots both in Japan and North Vancouver gave them the passion, knowledge, and the inspiration to open something all their own—Hachiro Ramen Bar. As an Opening Hand Holding Project, The Fifteen Group’s team was on hand for everything from brand design, concept refinement, menu development, systems & operations, through marketing and social media management.
