Alex's journey in hospitality began in the kitchen, training under a 2-Michelin-starred chef and honing his craft at a Four Diamond restaurant. After completing a Culinary Apprenticeship Program and mastering the art of cooking, he expanded his expertise to front-of-house operations, taking on leadership roles as General Manager and Director of Operations for some of North America's top corporate restaurant brands.
With over 50 restaurant openings to his name—including collaborations with world-renowned chef Wolfgang Puck—Alex brings an unmatched depth of experience to every new concept. Now, as VP of Concept Development at The Fifteen Group, he oversees all new opening projects, blending operational excellence with a keen eye for design and guest experience. His talent for crafting distinctive restaurant identities and unforgettable touchpoints ensures that every concept launches with impact and long-term success.
