New Openings
Congratulations on your plans to open a restaurant.
Assisting clients with their restaurant launch is approximately ½ of what we do at The Fifteen Group. Whether for hotels, golf courses, or individuals, we have helped develop and launch over 75 new restaurant concepts since our inception in 2001.
We do this through our Opening Handholding package. This package allows us to assist you with all aspects of the launch while focusing our resources primarily on areas where you may need more assistance. For example, some clients may require us to develop the menu for their restaurant, while other clients—such as a Chef—might not need as much assistance in that area. Often, we will completely develop the concept and launch the restaurant on behalf of the client.
We will customize the Opening package to suit your needs with a focus on where you need our expertise the most.
The only aspect we aren't able to completely do in-house is Interior Design and Construction. But we have many companies that we can refer you to and will assist and advise you through that process.
To start, if it suits your needs better, we will break the Business Plan Development into a first phase before moving on to the full Opening Handholding. This phase could help you secure equity or bank financing or simply flesh out your idea and ensure that it makes sense.
