A native of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Cuff's passion for food was shaped by his upbringing in a farming community, where his family sourced ingredients from their own garden and local producers. After studying culinary arts at SAIT, he honed his skills in Europe and Canada’s top restaurants before becoming a Chef at some of the country's most renowned establishments.
In 2006, Cuff became the youngest Canadian chef to earn the prestigious Chef de Cuisine certification with honours from the Canadian Culinary Federation—a testament to his expertise and dedication. After years in the kitchen, he sought a new challenge and transitioned into restaurant consulting. Since joining The Fifteen Group in 2015 as West Coast Chef Consultant, Cuff has played a key role in concept development, menu creation, and kitchen design. With 25+ years in the industry, he continues to push culinary boundaries with a deep passion for food and hospitality.
