We worked with the owner of Impact Kitchen to develop the restaurant from day one. He was a fitness trainer with a great vision for what he wanted to create, but needed help putting together a plan that was executable.

With our full opening hand holding proposal, we worked with his chef to define recipes, helped with restaurant construction oversight, equipment selection, kitchen design, to helping with the administrative setup of the business — training, systems & procedures.

Since opening the first location, they’ve gone on to expand to now three locations, and we’ve remained a key advisor in their expansion. Business is booming and we’re so happy to be a part of their success.
