You will now have access to more services as The Fifteen Group Inc. becomes a full-service hospitality agency, that is unlike any other, in terms of service offering and wealth of expertise. In addition to the services that you have come to appreciate from The Fifteen Group Inc., you will now have access to the best hospitality marketing and communications professionals in the industry.
What does this mean to my current contract?
Nothing will change with your current contract with either The Fifteen Group Inc. or Fervid Communications Inc.
However, upon contract renewal, all business will be contracted under The Fifteen Group Inc. and invoiced as such. Additional marketing and communications services can be added to your contract at any time.

With offices in Toronto and Vancouver, the company strategically works with restaurant stakeholders to increase bottom-line profitability in an extremely challenging industry.
The Fifteen Group Inc. offers clients a multitude of essential services for founding and continuing the successful operation of a restaurant. Services include operations management, financial strategy and bookkeeping, menu development, branding and digital communication strategy, and media relations.
Are there going to be any adjustments or changes with services rendered via Fervid Communications Inc.?
No, your current contract will remain the same. Any contracts up for renewal after 2019 will be through The Fifteen Group Inc.
Are there any adjustments to my invoicing or payment terms?
No, everything will remain the same with your current contact and your billing schedule will continue.
Will there be any new contact information at Fervid Communications Inc.?
No, Kate Engineer will remain your current contact and can be reached at her new email address kengineer@thefifteengroup.com, beginning June 25, 2019.
