Originally from British Columbia and now based in Ontario, Chris is a career hospitality professional with 25+ years of industry experience. He began his career working with various large restaurant companies and independently owned operations in the GTA. As a Senior Consultant at The Fifteen Group, Chris is passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences. He is exceptionally skilled in new restaurant openings, helping aspiring restauranteurs realize their vision.

Chris is a part-time professor at Durham College’s School of Hospitality and Horticulture Science, where he teaches students about the art of creating great restaurant experiences. A dedicated husband and father of three, he brings energy and a team-oriented approach to every endeavour.
