A: Any restaurant or restaurant chain that feels they are not all that they should be on many fronts—menu, concept, brand, operations and in general, overall profitability—will benefit from The Fix.
Q: Are there any operations that may not be good candidates for The Fix?
A: Some operations may not be able to be "fixed" for a variety of reasons. We can quickly ascertain if you are the right candidate with a brief introductory conversation and site visit.
Q: How quickly will this program pay off? How quickly will I see increased profits?
A: The Fix can pay off extremely quickly. If you start operating at a 10/10 with profit-maximizing strategies built into your business model, then you can see dramatic profit increases immediately. A: Our Fix covers Concept, Brand, Menu, Guest Experience, Staff Training and Operational Systems and Processes. Interior Design and Renovations are not part of The Fix, but for some operations, that may be necessary. We have various partners that can provide those needs, but that would be in consultation with the restaurant owner and only if they agree.
